Offseason Training

The fun doesn't stop when Summer ends! Take your training to the next level with our Fall, Winter, Spring, and Year-round programs, and dominate at your regattas next year!

Paddling not your primary sport? No worries, Pisiquid's year-round licensed coaches and trainers can work with all athletes to develop a cross-training program to make your athletes stronger, improve cardio and improve overall fitness level for your sport of choice! Teams are invited to contact our Head Coach for more information, to develop a team dryland program to suit all individuals and team.

Offseason Paddling: Welcome

Off-season training is for paddlers looking to take the next step in their training and advance past the summer day program. We offer year-round training including both on-water and off-water dryland strength and fitness training.

While most off-season paddlers are part of the High Performance or Development groups during the summer, we encourage all U10 and older paddlers to register for Fall paddling to improve their summer regatta performance. Older or more committed paddlers may continue with dry-land strength and fitness training through the Winter. Our Spring program is perfect for all U10 and older paddlers, giving them an opportunity for a kick-start to excel at their Summer racing season.
